Gynecologist Mimoza Keta told A2 CNN that dyeing women's hair with ammonia-based dyes affects pregnancy and advised against using them.

"We also do not recommend dyeing hair with dyes that contain ammonia. She will be very beautiful, she will have beautiful nails, she will have very beautiful legs, but all products must be natural, she must also select aesthetics that are airy. This applies to all women who are looking to conceive a pregnancy," said Keta.

She added that preconception counseling is crucial to having a healthy pregnancy and child.

"Vaginal infections must definitely be treated before pregnancy, because taking medications is not recommended in the first trimester. Blood coagulation tests are vital, because microscopic clots can block the vessels that nourish the baby and lead to miscarriage. High blood fats can also hinder the baby's supply and terminate the pregnancy," she said.

She also recommended avoiding canned foods, carbonated drinks and excess sugars, as they negatively affect pregnancy./a2
