Kim Kardashian has revealed what really prompted her to file for divorce from Kanye West after eight years of marriage. In a recent interview, she said their relationship was "toxic" at times.
"There were a lot of things I didn't agree with. I didn't like the feeling of someone talking bad about my kids, my grandma, my aunts, all these feelings. If someone feels that way, they shouldn't be together. Bringing up a lot of personal things ," she said, referring to the moment when the rapper revealed that Kim had considered having an abortion during her first pregnancy.
The Skims founder said she "didn't feel emotionally and financially secure," which made her have second thoughts about marriage.

Going into more detail, she said she would "come home and find five Lamborghinis" and the next day "they would be gone when he was having an episode ." The 44-year-old said she would "give them to his friends."
"You never know what you're going to see when you wake up, and that's a very uncomfortable feeling. The lack of stability was a big problem ," she said.
She also revealed her fear that after the divorce, she might be excluded from the fashion and art worlds he had introduced her to. However, “ some of her biggest projects came after that decision.”
Kim said she has " no regrets" and then praised the fact that she has four children. The divorce was a reason to set an example for them too.

"When my mental health is affected and I can't parent properly, be present or committed, someone has to be. I had to take care of myself to be a better mother and I think when everyone gets a little older, they'll see that and understand," she said.
The couple's breakup was shown on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," but also in Kanye's documentary, "In Whose Name?"
In one episode, Kim bursts into tears when he tells her he's off his medication. The 48-year-old was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but later said he was on the autism spectrum.
