Anjeza Shahini has come out in defense of Miri, following the accusations and comments made by her father to Selin, during his stay on Big Brother VIP Albania. Through a long reaction, the singer has given a strong message against public lynching and media violence.

The artist reveals that about 20 days before Miri entered the Big Brother house, they had a sincere conversation, where Miri clearly expressed that she was not looking for support or help, but only to be appreciated for who she is.

According to Shahini, Miri still believes that people don't swear, don't get paid for ugly comments, and don't band together to denigrate a human being to the core.

In her response, Anjeza emphasizes that Miri is a person who chooses to fight and protect the weak, who asks before hugging and who puts herself in danger to protect others. She also dwells on the serious accusations that, according to her, were made to her by a parent of an adult daughter, describing this situation as unfair and deeply harmful.

“To label a man with a heart of gold like Mirin with such epithets is criminal,” Shahini writes, adding that these attacks have no place in a society that claims to be just and humane. She underlines that Big Brother is just a television game show, which in many parts of the world is not viewed seriously enough to forget about human feelings.
