Selin Bollati spoke inside the "Big Brother" house about the conflict she had regarding a business in Ksamil that her family owned. Selin explains that she personally has not had any problems with the law, but the business contract signed in 2020 was in her name to help the family.
"I have not had any problems with the law, but the contract was in my name in 2020 to help my family. I signed a contract for a business that we owned until two years ago. The gentleman who had the contract then over-contracted with another individual. This was a blow that cost my family and me personally a lot," Selini said.
Meanwhile, journalist of the show "Fiks Fare", Sokol Çobo, invited to the "Breaking" studio with Fiori Dardha on Top News, provided details on the investigation conducted into the case.
According to Çobo, the Bollati family had a conflict with the owner of a building in the Ksamil area, which was planned to be converted into a hotel. He said that the building was rented to Jeton Bollati for a long-term 10-year contract, while the same building was later rented to a police officer, Pranvera Ndreca.
"The Bollati family gave the business to her in good faith, but then the police officer established contact with the owner of the building. Two rental contracts resulted for the same building: one in the name of Bollati and another in the name of Pranvera Ndreca. Both contracts were made before the same notary," the journalist stated.
According to him, Bollati has denounced the case, claiming that his business was extorted, and while the police officer was using the business, the tax liabilities resulted in the name of Selin Bollati, as the business was registered in her name because the NIPT was in her name.
Çobo added that Selini's father has made a public denunciation with voice and image, accusing him of overlapping contracts and including the actions of state employees and the notary. According to him, state institutions have ignored the issue, while the family has also reported threats, for which a denunciation has been made to the police.
"We had no contact with Selini during the investigation. The father told us that the business was registered in her name, but she was abroad at the time. The complaint stood. We also contacted the police officer, who blamed the owner of the building. Even the notary admitted that two contracts were signed," the journalist said.
