The clip captures the adoration of Kim Jong Un at a recent event held as part of the 5th National Mothers' Conference.
On December 8, the North Korean leader met, according to the Yonhap news agency, members of the Korean Children's Association to be photographed with them.

In footage released by NK News, Kim Jong Un is seen surrounded by boys and girls dancing around him, some with tears of emotion in their eyes.
