Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was attacked during a town hall meeting. During the event, a person in the room approached her and attempted to spray her with a mysterious substance.

There was an immediate reaction from Omar, stating that "he is fine and has not suffered any damage."

"No one will scare me into doing my job. I won't let them win," she said.

Anthony James Kazmierczak , 55, has been charged with third-degree assault and is being held in custody, the BBC reports.
