Italy is shocked/ Brother kills sister with a knife, the reason is revealed!
Ylenia Musella

Giuseppe Musella , the 28-year-old arrested by the Naples Prosecutor's Office for the murder of his sister, Ylenia Musella , 22, has surrendered to the police and confessed that he is behind the tragic crime.

Ylenia was stabbed in the back on Tuesday afternoon and died shortly after arriving at the Villa Betania hospital in Naples.

The event has shocked the Ponticelli neighborhood, where Ylenia lived alone with her brother, Giuseppe, while her mother and stepfather are currently in prison.

Ylenia's stepfather is suspected of being a prominent member of the Casella-Circone clan, known for the illegal activities it controls in the area.

Furthermore, investigations are revealing a clear picture of bitter disagreements and ongoing tensions between sister and brother.

On social media, Giuseppe has been depicted with a gesture involving a gun, describing himself as a dangerous and uncontrolled figure.
