The largest NATO military exercise that started a few days ago in Europe is expected to cause air traffic problems and delays for passengers at several airports around the continent, mainly in Germany.

According to what Deutsche Welle reports, on June 12 and 13 the largest air maneuvers in NATO history will be held and this will affect civilian flights at 4 airports in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin and Munich.

10,000 soldiers from 25 countries of the world, with 250 military aircraft, most of which are American, are expected to participate in the "Air Defender" exercise.

The federal Ministry of Transport announced that it is currently talking with the countries so that the allowed take-off and landing times during these two weeks can be moved as necessary.
