The troops of the peacekeeping mission of NATO in Kosovo, KFOR, have intervened near the building of the municipality of Zveçan to disperse the protesters.
Previously, KFOR troops had warned the protesters to disperse, but they did not obey.
"You are causing trouble. You are putting yourself and your community at risk. Leave the area and go home - otherwise, KFOR will be forced to intervene", was the KFOR audio warning.
During the intervention of KFOR, numerous explosions were heard, while the protesters were seen throwing objects in the direction of the international troops.
KFOR troops dispersed the protesters with tear gas and stun grenades.
Earlier, the protesters in Zubin Potok dispersed and warned that they will protest again on Tuesday.
