The moment rocks hit trucks

This is the terrifying moment trucks traveling on a highway in Peru were crushed by giant boulders that fell from a mountainside.

Dashcam footage captured the terrifying incident, which happened Saturday in San Mateo, as car-sized rocks rolled down the mountain into traffic, with one of the trucks taking a direct hit.

Miraculously, everyone survived the rock slide that destroyed two trucks and part of the road.

Authorities are now investigating the incident, which is believed to have been caused by heavy rain.
