The nuclear powers do not miss the major conflicts on which their fate depends, this should be clear to every Western politician, said the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev.
The former president and prime minister of Russia, and a close ally of President Vladimir Putin, referred to statements at the Davos forum that "Russia must be defeated."
"The loss of a nuclear power in a conventional war could trigger the outbreak of a nuclear war. "The nuclear powers have not lost the major conflicts on which their fate depends," Medvedev said.
With his post, Medvedec shows that what is happening in Ukraine is not just a simple "special military operation" of Russia in Ukraine, but a conventional war on which the very fate of his country depends.
