US Vice President J.D. Vance has reiterated that the US will not send military troops to Ukraine, despite the support it gives to Kiev.
"The president has been clear. There will be no American troops in Ukraine, but we will continue to play an active role in ensuring that Kiev has the security guarantees and confidence necessary to end the war and that Russia can stop the war," reiterated US Vice President J.D. Vance.
Meanwhile, Vance said Russia has made "significant concessions" regarding Ukraine. "I think Putin has made significant concessions to Donald Trump for the first time in three and a half years," Vance emphasized, adding that Russia is "very flexible in some of its basic demands."
