The Special Prosecution Office accuses Jovan Vicentijević, his brother Dragiša and Igor Dimović of attacking public facilities, critical of the reduction of drinking water for Albanians and of more electricity from the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK).

According to Paparaci, Jovan Vicentijević is accused of the criminal offenses of endangering the interpretation of the conditions with which they are set or harming the public, unauthorized possession of weapons and spinach.

Dragiša Vicentijević is accused of the criminal offenses of endangering the conditions related to damaging public installations and unauthorized possession of weapons.

Meanwhile, Igor Dimović is only charged with the criminal offense of unauthorized possession of weapons.

The Special Prosecution Office accuses the three defendants of the discovery in the “Ibër Lepenci” canal in the village of Varage on the evening of November 29 last year.

According to the Prosecution Office, the damage to children in the critical life of the state has been estimated at 376 thousand euros.

The unknown mastermind of the attack in “Ibar Les”, according to the prosecution’s indictment, is Jovan Vičentijević.

The prosecution has managed to prove strongly that it directly links his activities to Serbia.

Vičentijević is a colonel in the ranks of the Serbian Military Intelligence Service, evidence provided by the Special Prosecution Office proves.
