Arbnor Spahiu
Former Kosovo Police officer, part of the Special Unit, Arbnor Spahiu, has been released from prison in Serbia.
Spahiu was arrested on June 7 at the border crossing between Serbia and Hungary while traveling by bus with his family returning from Austria.
The charges brought against Spahiu were related to the Banjska case in September 2023. However, he had completed his service in the Kosovo Police in 2022 by resigning.
The news of his release was confirmed by his family. He arrived in Kosovo shortly before 11:00 PM on Friday.
