The Special Court has imposed the security measure "prison arrest" for Beldar Cafi, who was arrested the day before in Shkodra during an operation by RENEA forces.

Cafi was detained pursuant to a previous security measure, as he is suspected of involvement in three episodes related to drug trafficking.

According to data from the investigation, Beldar Cafi's name has been linked to these episodes after the disclosure and decryption of communications carried out through the encrypted application "Sky ECC".

Investigators allegedly analyzed communications conducted on the platform and, based on the data they obtained, identified Caf's involvement in suspected drug trafficking activities.

His arrest was carried out by RENEA forces in Shkodra, and after appearing before the Special Court, the security measure "arrest in prison" was confirmed.

Investigations continue to document his role in the suspected episodes, as well as to determine possible connections with other persons involved in criminal activity.
