The financial guarantee will be one of the aspects that will change with the new package of the Criminal Procedure Code. 

Now, it will be determined based on the person's financial situation, explained Minister Toni Gogu.

A space is reserved for victims of violence where the perpetrator, by court order, will immediately leave the apartment.

"This reform does not forget the victim either. In cases of domestic violence, the court will be given the right to immediately remove the person suspected of violence from the apartment, to prohibit approaching the victim and to keep him under surveillance. The financial guarantee will be set according to the person's financial situation and when there is a risk to the evidence, freedom will not be bought with money," said Gogu.
