After Olta Jacka, the government proclaims another strategic investor for hotel construction and luxury villas on the south coast and this time it is the mood actor, Gazmend Paja, who apparently discovered the businessman's dell, which has often appeared on the orange scene as "Melamin Berati".

Gazmend Paja and his company, Ecotech Energy Services, along with the company 'Startek' say they will invest 13.8m euros in Tooth and therefore have been granted strategic investor status with assisted procedure by the Government.

According to the decision, the company will benefit about 130 thousand square meters/square of land in Dhermi to develop a resort. The project delivered by Gaz Paja's company promises to build a 5-star hotel on an area of 25 thousand meters/square, while the rest of the approximately 110 thousand square meters will be used for the construction of luxury villas that will then be sold.

From the company's documentation 'Ecotech Energy Services', it results in being founded in 2017 by Fier-born citizen Alket Cakaj. In 2019, the company bought Gaz Paja, also a native of Fier. Nine months after acquiring 100 percent of this company, Gaz Paja acquires strategic investor status. The Strategic Investment Commission's decision has only now been published, but it holds the date of September 2, 2019.

As the company's manager, Gaz Paja results in us more successful than his predecessor, including the company in an investment with millions of euros in revenue. Even more doubtful makes obtaining this status the fact that the other company co-ordinating with Gaz Paja, that Startek, albeit with almost 10-year experience in the construction field, when it had applied alone since 2017 for strategic investor status had not been able to benefit it.
