Why should Lufra's Blueberry Kefir be consumed?
Kefir is a fermented milk product produced through a natural fermentation process of fresh milk, which is fermented by special cultures that give it its characteristic and well-known taste and nutritional properties. These cultures consist of a symbiosis of good bacteria, which during fermentation transform the composition of the milk and give the product its characteristic slightly sour, refreshing taste and light creamy texture.

The production process takes place under controlled temperature and high hygiene conditions, where the milk is pasteurized and then fermented for a certain period of time, until the desired balance of taste and consistency is achieved. This natural process not only gives kefir its unique taste, but also enriches it with beneficial microorganisms.

Kefir is rich in high-quality protein, calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins (especially B2 and B12), and has a high content of probiotics, which contribute to the balance of intestinal flora, aid digestion, improve absorption and support the immune system. For this reason, this product is often considered one of the most functional products in the dairy category.
Lufra offers several types of kefir on the market, including classic natural kefir and fruit variants, such as blueberry.
The production of kefir from Lufra, as well as every other product that comes out of its factory, is carried out according to strict food safety standards, with continuous laboratory controls, at every stage of the process. Because for Lufra, food safety remains an absolute priority, while quality is the promise that accompanies every product that reaches the table of Albanian families.

With the introduction of Blueberry Kefir, Lufra expands its product portfolio, bringing to the market a modern alternative that combines taste, tradition, quality and care for well-being. This has been the company's philosophy for more than 35 years.
