The public administration has "added" over 600 employees since February of this year. The salary increase reform undertaken in 2023 and which has continued this year has made the state administration more desirable for employment.

With the latest increase, which came into effect in July, the average salary in the state has reached the level of over 900 euros per month and the gap between the average salary in the public and private sectors has deepened significantly. On the other hand, the administration has still announced vacancies for various positions which are not filled with staff.
