The media, or otherwise the fourth power, in recent years has become an even more usurping component in our modern society.
And this is felt everywhere. The whole globe seems to go without it.
The influence and power that the media has to change the mindset/life in the way we live it in each of us, is now beyond doubt.
Since the human being is weak and at the same time emotional, the desire and curiosity to seek the truth leads a person to believe what the senses/instinct can perceive.
Through reading, film or observing the different situations that this 'false' power has to some extent.
Traditional and modern media. Social networks, eg, countless. Ubiquitous. Greedy and at the same time ruthless in what they distribute, they also take people's lives with them. Victims of desperate circumstances.
In this new era of a technology that does not walk but runs with galactic steps, how should we protect ourselves and not fall prey to any information?
Should we believe every news we read? What for me is the truth, for another not like me, it is not.
The truth is that the mission of the media is to inform the public in a fair and balanced way. Today, all over the world, it is not difficult to see that this very thing is being questioned from time to time. That is why we mostly read that it is attacked as caught or one-sided. Or verbal paraphrases that last very little time.
Therefore, the question that arises in this case is not why the media is talked about so much, but who else can have that strength to influence the role of the media so strongly, except another power, which in most cases is the political one?
Politicians know very well the impact of the media on society and the importance of maintaining a clean image among the people, but since the tango is danced in pairs, the bilateral partnership where one hand helps the other economically and not only, create a symbiosis that is as stable as even shy.
Nowadays, the standards of societies increase with time, including freedom of speech or free press, as an important pillar of a consolidated democracy, but when this freedom crosses the limits of interests, it faces an immediate censorship, opening us up. eyes enlighten the mind beyond the illusion we hold in our consciousness.
So what I think is that everything should be kept under control, since the media has not only an informative but also an educational role. Censorship in some cases is necessary because different individuals suffer from half-truths and even worse if they are young.
Still at the crossroads, they get caught up in their misbehavior urging them on how quickly they can reach the top and which figures can serve as role models.
But is this a good thing for their development? Everywhere summers from the model.
It is also the other side of the coin; in this new world that is coming and becoming more impossible to control by man, there are also such prognoses. If you manage to close one window, a hundred other doors are ready to convey to society the most mundane news. By stimulating curiosity, destroying the essence and monetizing the action taken.
And as in every sector of life, where the ideal remains unattainable, the solution would be to find a balance between a mild censorship and freedom. But since the interests in the middle are stronger than the sacred mission that the media carries, this war from the start seems lost.
However, the audio-visual media, together with its good and bad, continues to be at the top of the classification of each group as one of the most influential factors in society and as such, those interested will prepare the next scenario for the media actors to continue perform it on stage.
