Murder of Santiago Malko, SPAK demands severe sentences for the defendants: 32

SPAK has issued an indictment this Monday for those accused of the murder of Santiago Malko , an event that occurred as a result of a clash between two rival criminal groups that controlled illegal gambling activities.

According to SPAK, the incident is related to the rivalry between the Duka brothers' group and the group of Ervis Martinaj, a close friend of the victim.

They are accused of "Premeditated Murder", "Unlicensed Weapons Possession", "Narcotics Trafficking", these crimes committed in the form of a Structured Criminal Group.

Penalties requested by SPAK:

Leonard Duka : 32 years in prison

Erlis Duka : 25 years in prison

Fatmir Hyseni : 32 years in prison

Aleksandër Manjhaku : 22 years in prison

Oltian Loga : 23 years in prison

Dritan Aga : 23 years in prison
