He killed his friend in Durrës, Tejlor Tivari is being held as a defendant

Tejlor Tivari, the perpetrator of the stabbing murder of Valbon alias Marko Beqiraj in the city of Durrës, has been indicted by the Durrës prosecution on the charge of "Intentional Murder" and the case against him has been sent to court for judicial review.

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that along with Tivar, Xhenis Dakoli, who was charged with "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", has also been arrested.

The incident was recorded in September 2025, and was caused by the sentimental feelings that the victim expressed towards the perpetrator, Taylor Tivar.

Due to the refusal to have sexual intercourse, the victim threatened Tejlor Tivar with a knife, and the latter began to fight, leading to a scuffle with each other, where both parties caused mutual damage to each other's bodies.

Tivari, in his testimony, says that he took another knife from the kitchen and then shot Marko Beqiraj 11 times in the chest, neck and head.

After committing the serious crime, he sought the help of a friend of his, Xhenis Dakoli, who drove him home. Dakoli did not notify the Durrës Police of what had happened, even though he had been informed by Tejlor Tivari.

It was in the apartment that he spoke about the incident with his mother, who suggested that he turn himself in to the police, and Tejlor Tivari turned himself in to the Durrës District Police Department, indicating that he was the perpetrator of the murder and then confessed to the incident.

In his testimony given to the Durrës police, the perpetrator, among other things, claimed bodily injuries and during the physical examination, the police noticed injuries to his hands and right forearm.

Tejlor Tivari clarified his acquaintance with the victim, Marko Beqiri, explaining that the acquaintance arose because he had purchased narcotics from this person on two occasions.

Tivari claimed that on September 24, 2025, at around 09:00, he communicated by phone to meet to purchase narcotics.

After communicating, the victim invited him to go to the apartment located at building no. 983 at the fruit and vegetable market in Durrës, an apartment located on the fourth floor.

Tivari further explained that after going upstairs to the apartment, he found Marko Beqiraj alone in the apartment, who, according to him, at one point stripped completely naked and approached him, tempting him to have sexual intercourse.

Tivari stated that he was shocked by this action and then pushed him away. He then says that Marko Beqiraj put on his underwear and did not allow Taylor to leave, threatening him with a knife he was holding in his hand, with a saw-shaped blade.

He further states that they fought and at some point the declarant took the knife and stabbed him in the body with it, and the knife broke near the tail.

The perpetrator of the crime indicated that he continued the conflict and took another knife and with this object, stabbed the victim many times in different parts of the body and then left, taking the knife with him, which he threw away along the way.

He then said that he asked his friend Janis Dakoli for help to get away, who then drove him to his apartment.
On the way, Taylor told him that he had gotten into a bad fight and asked him to go to his apartment.
