A serious event happened this morning in Tirana. A 43-year-old man shot and killed his sister-in-law and then killed himself. The incident happened around 04:00 in the morning in Shkoza, Tirana, while the 43-year-old allegedly suffered from mental health problems. Migena Sinani, 37 years old, and Roland Sinani, 43 years old, are the two victims.

The 43-year-old shot his sister-in-law (brother's daughter-in-law). 37-year-old Migena Sinani could not survive the injuries and as a result passed away. After shooting his sister-in-law, it is suspected that the 43-year-old man also killed himself.

Roland Sinani allegedly suffered from mental health problems after receiving medication. The 43-year-old was unmarried and lived in the same apartment with his brother and Migena Sinan. Migena's husband works as a taxi driver and was not at home when the incident happened. At home were the two parents who were asleep. In the testimony given, they said that they do not know how the incident happened.

The circumstances of the incident are still unclear, while the police seized the firearm with which the 43-year-old killed his sister-in-law and then himself. The investigative team is at the scene and continues its actions in order to clarify the circumstances.
