A serious event shook the capital, in the early hours of this morning, April 8. Roland Sinani, 43 years old, shot and killed his brother's daughter-in-law, citizen Migena Sinani, and then himself.

Referring to the official notification of the Tirana Police, it is reported that the incident took place around 04.00 in Shkoza. The investigative team is at the scene and is working to clarify its causes.
