The counting of candidates' preferential votes has begun in Tirana, with 75 out of 1,282 ballot boxes counted so far.
The SP has received 19 mandates, which means that it will also enter seven MPs from the open list, in addition to the 12 MPs from the closed list.
In the open list so far, Blendi Gonxhja has received the most votes, followed by Fatmir Xhafaj and Erion Braçe. A place in the top seven is also for the Minister of Interior, Ervin Hoxha, Orlando Rakipi and Anila Denaj.
What is striking is the fact that off the winning list so far are names like Pandeli Majko, Mimi Kodheli, Olta Xhaçka and Etilda Gjonaj.
The Democratic Party lost one mandate and dropped to 1 on the open list, after being defeated by Mundësia. Ilir Alimehmeti remains the most voted candidate, while Jorida Tabaku, Ilir Meta, Shpëtim Idrizi, Myslym Murrizi and Asllan Dogjani remain outside Parliament.
As for small parties, Mundësia will introduce to the Assembly the leader of the closed list, Agron Shehaj, and also from the Closed list Erald Kaprin, while the Albania Becomes Initiative will send to the Assembly Adriatic Lapaj, who received more votes than Endri Shabani.
Arlind Qori also remains outside the Assembly, as the leader of the Together Movement is Redi Muçi, while the PSD will send the leader of the closed list, Albana Pëllumbi, to the Assembly.
