Lawyer Plarent Ndreca appears in Court
The request of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, to annul a First Instance decision to suspend pre-trial detention terms is being reviewed today at the Special Court of Appeal.
In the previous session, the review of the complaint was postponed due to irregularities by the Durrës Prison Directorate, in Veliaj's announcement.
The mayor's lawyer, Plarent Ndreca, has just appeared in court.
