The Constitutional Court has passed into plenary session the request of Ajola Xoxa, which aims to overturn three decisions of lower courts.
The case will be reviewed on the basis of documents, while the focus is on the control and seizure measures imposed earlier.
The wife of the mayor of Tirana claims that these decisions are unconstitutional, arguing that fundamental principles, including the right to due process, were violated during the procedures.
The Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) is also a party to this process, and is expected to submit written objections to the claims of Xoxa and the other applicant, the company "Partners Law".
