The young Emiliano Frroku, who lost his life while working in a building under construction in Shengjin, worked illegally and was not insured.

The 28-year-old man was climbing the goods crane from where the rope broke off, falling down with him.

The building was under construction, but according to sources, the 9th and 10th floors were being built without permission. In relation to the incident, 3 people have been declared wanted, while investigations continue.

The Local Inspectorate of Territory Protection in the Municipality of Lezhe and the local Police have also been put under investigation to see actions and inactions.
