The administrator of the Security Academy, Milton Nushi , has denied speculation that the video circulating about a meal with worms is not real and does not belong to the Security Academy premises.

According to him, preliminary suspicions were related to food consumption, and the National Food Authority and the Institute of Public Health were immediately notified, who took samples for analysis.

"Vinegar is not consumed in our facilities, the video that has been circulating on social networks is not current, it may be years old, but in our facilities only oil and salt are consumed. Poisoning has never occurred, the food is very good. The menus used are according to the standards set by the relevant ministries. The quality is very good. Everything comes with certificates. We will wait to see the results to see what measures we will follow. Teaching continues normally, and so does the food. The company has blocked the product", said Administrator Nushi.

He stressed that the food offered at the Academy is of very good standards. He admitted that there may have been complaints from students regarding the variety of menus, but not about the quality of the food.

"There were concerns among students after consuming lunch. About 55 students in total. They were taken to the infirmary here and then to the QSUT. The suspicion is that it also happened with the consumption of food. They have a daily menu for each meal, the food is of very good standards. There may have been complaints about the variety of work, but the food is good. We have not had any poisoning problems so far. We have notified the AKU and Public Health, who have taken samples. This is the first case. It seems to me that there was a case in 2016. The new contract with the company, but there were also previous contracts. Public health is taking the students' tests again. The poisoning was a mild form. I cannot say where it came from without talking to the institutions. The students' condition is good.
