Klodian Kulla, a name known to the police, jumped from a 160-meter high bridge

Klodian Kulla, the nephew of Nehat Kulla, was found dead in the Fshat Village in Klos, on Arbri Road. Police say the 39-year-old is suspected of having jumped from the bridge, about 160 meters high, during Monday evening, at around 23:40.

The body was pulled from the abyss after several hours of searching by firefighters, the Shqiponja forces and the Burrel police. The circumstances of the incident are still unknown, while the police are conducting an expert examination in Tirana to determine whether he committed suicide or was murdered.

"On 08.12.2025, at around 23:40, at the bridge of the village of Fshat, Klos municipality, citizen KK, around 39 years old, is suspected of having jumped from the bridge and consequently lost his life. As a result of the difficult terrain, after several hours of searching by the Police and Fire Department services, it was possible to find and remove the body from the cliff. The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances and legally document the event," the police announced. 

Klodian Kulla was a well-known name to the police. He was arrested in April 2021 after a SPAK operation for a weapons arsenal along with 8 others. His brother Akil Kulla was also wanted, and in June of that year, the GJKKO sentenced him to 8.8 years in prison.

Klodian Kulla was the nephew of Nehat Kulla, who was known as "The General" and his gang operated in Tufina in 1997-1998.
