He was robbed by Nuredin Dumani and Talo Çela, the money changer recounts

Xhemal Lici, the money changer who was robbed by the convicted criminal, Nuredin Dumani, who is in prison, testified at the GJKKO .

He recounted the incident in detail, saying that the robbery occurred in the morning, when he had just left the house.

The robber said that they didn't think they would shoot him, while indicating that he had 120 million lek with him.

"I went out, I didn't think they were going to shoot me. I had 12 million new lek with me, in a bag, which I left in the trunk of the car and was returning to close the door of the house, when I was attacked," said Lici.

According to his testimony, there were four attackers. "One shot me, twice in the chest and twice in the leg," he said.

"I left my house in the Kala neighborhood in Elbasan at 6:30. I went out, I didn't think they were going to shoot me. I went out and put the money in the car. I had 12 million new lek with me. I had the money in a bag. I left the money in the trunk and went back to close the door of the house. Then I saw that there were 4 of them. One of them shot me, 2 times in the chest and 2 times in the leg ," he said.

The witness said that after the incident, Talo Çela's brother, Bujar Çela, had gone to the store several times and asked him if he had learned who those people were.

"He worked as a taxi driver illegally. He would make 20-30 euros. When there were no people there, he would ask. I told him, you don't feel sorry for me. It looks like you have a fly in your hat. You've come this far, I don't want to see you in the store again."

The witness confessed that he did not know Talo Cela, but that he had seen him on TV.

"A year before Dumani spoke, I saw Talo Çela in a television interview and I recognized him, from his body size, as one of the people who hit me during the incident. He was behind Dumani during the incident."
