The Llogara tunnel will be opened on July 5.

In total, this project costs 20.4 billion ALL, while it is an infrastructural investment that is considered one of the most important for the south of the country.

The tunnel is expected to shorten the distance from Dukati to Palasa from 30 minutes to only 7 minutes and will have a length of nearly 6 kilometers.

Prime Minister Edi Rama announced the news about the opening of the tunnel today with a post on "Facebook".

"The tunnel of Llogara. July 5, 2024", writes Rama.
