SPAK announces why it canceled the 1.1 million EURO TENDER for the defense system!

SPAK has published the reasons that led to the cancellation of the tender with a financial value of 1 million and 105 thousand euros , much of which will be spent by the prosecution for the purchase of equipment for the anti-ransomware protection system, storage, server and switch .

The Special Prosecutor's Office announces that the reason for the cancellation of this tender is due to the fact that in this one-stage procedure, no suitable economic offer was submitted.

There was no competition in this tender, since as "Ora News" has previously reported, the tender was pre-assigned to the company "Axians Albania" which is managed by Kleanthi Prifti.

According to the sources, this company entered this SPAK tender alone, using the format of the Union of Operators "Axians Albania" plus "Atom".

No other Albanian company has participated in this procedure, as it was previously learned from them that the tender was pre-determined and the winner would be the Union of Operators above, writes Ora .

Even though it has given the economic offer, SPAK decided not to take this offer into account, canceling the tender that was predetermined before.

" Atom " and " S&T alias Axians Albania " are two seemingly different companies.

But they have a very strong connection. Dominance of OSHEE tenders in the IT sector.

And this is a very big business, which these two companies are extending in the form of a monopoly not only in OSHEE but also in SPAK tenders.

The entire tender procedure with a total value of 1 billion 647 million ALL, but divided into 5 special lots, needs to be investigated by SPAK itself.

The tender worth 1.6 billion ALL comes at a time when SPAK's foreign partners have invested a lot of money in donations, donating computer systems to this Special Prosecutor's Office.
