It is about a gas balloon, but it is not yet known what they have in their contents and the side effects it causes to the people who use it.

Aida Topalli:  Now some new drugs have appeared, I would call them, they are gases that contain narcotic substances in their interior in the lounges of Tirana. There are 2 or 3 points that I have found, it is actually unfortunate. We have some balloons, but we don't know their side effects yet. Even the police have a hard time understanding the contents of these balloons.

It is in the form of a gas, it was created in America, it was discovered in America, it was advertised there, but the problem is that we do not know whether it is the same gas that is used in America, or whether it is a different gas that we do not yet know the effects of lateral. I believe it will take a long time to find out what we have.

Aida Topalli: If I'm not mistaken, we also have Azot inside, but we still haven't reached it. Actually I have taken a sample, sent it to the lab, so I have to wait for an answer. In America they use it to laugh, to bring that funny situation, to adjust the mood, but here I have seen some abnormal behavior. I have had a case myself, when I saw someone fall on the square. Or we don't know how to use it and that's what makes me doubt if we have another gas, it's not the one in the place of production, so we have a mix-up, or we don't know the effects and we don't know how to use it?!
