Shooting in Shkodra, perpetrator arrested

The Shkodra Police were initially notified of gunshots near the Train Station. Law enforcement responded immediately, combing the area and enabling the identification and arrest of a suspect.

According to sources, the arrested man is suspected of threatening a 20-year-old man with a firearm, initially shooting in the air and then leaving the scene.

Shkodra Police are continuing investigations to fully document the circumstances and motives of the incident.
