FILE 'Golden Bullet'/ How Arben Çeta was assassinated in 2013, witness in the GJKKO: I was shocked because it was my birthday!

 One of the people who was there when Arben Çeta was assassinated on 14.11.2013, around 22:00, in the parking lot of the 'Balla' bar-restaurant, in Labinot-Fushë (Elbasan), also testified at the hearing. 

The witness is the ex-fiancée of Arbeni's cousin.

" I was having dinner with Armand Hoxha, my ex-fiancé, because it was my birthday. Arben Çeta was there, and my ex-fiancé is a cousin. At the last minute, we invited Arben Çeta to have dinner with us, because he lives next door to me. To my knowledge, Arben Çeta had been in prison for murder.

We stayed until 11:00 PM and then we left. Our cars were parked, Armand and I were alone, Çeta was alone. As we were leaving, shots were fired at Arben Çeta. He entered the bar once, while we were still there. They continued to shoot at him while he left for the bar.

We had a light foot strike. Arben Çeta entered the bar area. I was shocked because it was my birthday, later my ex-fiancé became interested in Arben.

The incident happened in November 2013, I only saw one person wearing a mask. He shot from two meters away. I got straight into the car to escape. I didn't see in which direction the perpetrator fled. We were at the "Balla" restaurant. The windows of the restaurant were broken.

" I had heard that he had committed a murder and that he had just been released from prison. I did not notice any concern in him during dinner. Even though I was injured, he was conscious, I went to the hospital, treated the wound, and notified the family ," the witness in the GJKKO.

Talo Çela and Nuredin Dumani are accused of the assassination attempt on Arben Çeta. He is charged with "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons", and "Premeditated murder" (attempted) of Arben Islam Çeta. The latter was killed on April 30, 2014.

In his testimony for SPAK, Nuredin Dumani said that Talo Çela asked him to kill Çeta, while he also enlisted Tom Çela, known as Tom Qorri, as an assistant.

Even though he was promised 30,000 Euros, Dumani says he received nothing, and was even unintentionally injured by Qorri.

As he recounts, Dumani even detailed the scheme of the event, from climbing the pine tree to intimidating the target, who was using a woman to protect his body.
