SPAK demands the return of Jorgo Goro to prison: He still has 6 months and 10

The former mayor of Himara,  Jorgo Goro,  will have to return to prison 7 months after his release.

After his sentence by the Court of Appeal to 2 years in prison ( 1 year and 4 months with a shortened trial ), SPAK calculated the detention and concluded that Goro still has 6 months and 10 days left in prison to serve.

Prosecutor Elvin Gokaj issued the execution order on Monday, while the police have not yet executed it, writes the Albanian .

The defense of former Mayor Goro, who filed today a request to revoke the SPAK execution order, responded. According to the defense, Goro has served his sentence with the time he spent in detention.
