What is happening to Begjet Pacolli also shows the two standards that the Albanian state holds towards businessmen and oligarchs.

For two days, without any court decision, Begjet Pacolli has been blocked by police from entering the Vlora Airport construction site, where he is the main investor with 98%.

No worker is allowed to continue working, while the police shrug their shoulders and say "that's the order."

Clearly, the state has become a party to Pacolli's partner in this matter.

But while they send the police to Pacolli to prevent him from entering his investment in Lezha, they have made the police available to another oligarch, Bashkim Ulaj, as private guards.

There, the police clash with citizens, who are protesting that their property is being robbed.

So the police in both cases are misused on political orders, once to protect an oligarch and the other time to evict him from his legal investment, without even asking that he is the owner and builder of that property.
