Other details from the investigation file of the mega-operation developed between the Albanian and Italian authorities in cooperation with EUROJUST, within which the criminal group of drug trafficking, which was led by three Albanians, was destroyed.

The investigative file also transcribed the wiretapping conducted among the members of the criminal group, thanks to the 5-year investigations of the authorities started in 2017.

From the investigative actions carried out in connection with this criminal proceeding, it has been proven that Alfred Luli and Gjergji Luli have transferred, sold and shown to Renato Zefi and Gjergji Zefi a quantity of narcotic substance of the cocaine type, which is calculated in the amount of about 10 kilograms, and corresponds to a value of about 200,000 Euros.

This amount of narcotics was taken by Renato Luli and Gjergji Luli and was then distributed to their clients. These actions were carried out in Bergamo, in the period between March and November 2016.

Likewise, it has been proven that Alfred Luli and Gjergji Luli have transferred, sold and traded to citizens Renato Zefi and Gjergji Zefi a quantity of narcotic substance of the cocaine type, in the amount of two kilograms, which was taken by Renato Luli and Gjergi Luli and was seized in Bergamo , on 25.01 2017.

In connection with the event, a conversation was extracted from the seized iPhone of the citizen Alfred Luli, held with his brother Gjergji Luli, which coincides with the time when the citizens Renato Zefi and Gjergji Zefi. The purpose of the conversation was to get news from the two buyers, who, as usual practice, should have informed their suppliers about the arrival at the destination.

The conversations found on the mobile phone confirm the involvement in this activity of the citizen Gjergji Luli, further confirmed in the content of the conversations conducted by Alfred Luli with his father.
