Ervin Salianji, who is serving a 1-year prison sentence in Fier, has started the legal battle.

It is learned that Ervin Salianji will appeal the decision of the Appeal to the Supreme Court.

He is preparing the request to send to the Supreme Court for the suspension of the Appeal decision.

Salianji will also file a complaint against the former minister, Fatmir Xhafaj, in SPAK.

As for his post, as deputy of Korça, the Assembly must first determine the end of Salianj's mandate.

The CEC is then notified and the deputy who takes his seat in the Assembly is selected based on the list of many names submitted by the DP in the 2021 parliamentary elections.
