After many absences, sometimes being "sick" himself and several times the lawyer was "sick", MP Ervin Salianji is present today at the Court of Appeal for the next session of the "Babalja" file.

Salianji has appealed the 2019 decision of the First Instance that sentenced him to one year in prison for the "Babale" case.

Opposition MPs are present in support of Salianji: Ferdinand Xhaferi, Emilja Koliqi, Saimir Korreshi, Elda Hoti, Agron Gjekmarkaj, Lefter Gështenja, Bledian Nallbati, Dhurata Çupi, Luan Baçi, Gazment Bardhi, Luciano Boçi, Ludovik Hasani, Kastrioti Piroli, Darsnor Sula and Asllan Dogjani.

The deputy of the blue headquarters was declared guilty by the first degree and sentenced to 1 year in prison for making a false report in connection with the "Babale" case.

In the appeal, the case was sent by the journalist Jetmir Olldashi, who in the first instance was sentenced to 6 months in prison converted to 100 hours of community service.
