The police say that the 30-year-old man, since the moment he was declared wanted, has never left the country, but was hiding in the Durrës-Lezhë-Tirana triangle.

This citizen was declared wanted as part of the coded police operation "Conspiracy", developed by the State Police, in January of this year.

The 30-year-old, since the moment of the wanted announcement, has not left the country at any time, but was hiding in the "Durres - Lezhë - Tirana" triangle.


At the time of his arrest, this evening, 30-year-old Ramazan Rraja was accompanied by another citizen, wanted by the Police of Elbasan, for the criminal offense of "Extortion through threats or violence to give property", committed in collaboration.

The operational and investigative structures of the State Police, in the framework of the criminal proceedings for the investigation of the assassination attempt against the AN prosecutor, as well as in the implementation of the restraining order issued by SPAK, after the appointment by the Court, of the security measure "Arrest in prison" , for the citizen R. Rr., intensive searches for his location and capture have continued.

Following the police operation coded "Conspiracy", carried out in January 2023, by the State Police, for the capture of the 30-year-old, the operational and investigative structures of the State Police had information that the citizen R. Rr. he was currently hiding in the area of ​​Kruja.

Based on this information, this evening, following the coded police operation "Conspiracy", the much-wanted citizen Ramazan Rraja, 30 years old, was caught in a bar in the area of ​​Fushë Kruja and put in handcuffs.

Following this operation, the citizen LK alias E. Ll., 39 years old, who was accompanied by the citizen Ramazan Rraja and who was wanted as part of a criminal proceeding of 2023, by the Police of Elbasan, was captured and handcuffed. , for the criminal offense "Extortion through threats or violence to give property", committed in collaboration. The 39-year-old will be handed over to the Elbasan Local Police Directorate for further procedural actions.
