Journalist Mero Baze has reacted after the publication of the interceptions of the Guard of the Republic on January 21, 2011, where it was clearly shown that the murders on the boulevard "Dëşmorët e Kombit" were carried out by order from above.

Baze writes that the fact that Berisha destroyed the server of the Prime Minister's Office, still could not hide the crime. According to him, SPAK now has no alibi for not opening the case and the arrests start today.

Journalist Artan Hoxha has published today the audio recorded from the communication with the radios of the Republic Guard on January 21, 2011. The audios that can be heard from the radio recording prove completely that the commander of the Guard Ndre Prendi ordered the murders. He even chose who he should kill, directing you to the two guards by name. 
The fact that Sali Berisha disappeared the server of the Prime Minister's cameras on January 21, dawning on January 22, could not hide the crime. After 12 years, the radio communications finally went public.  
Now SPAK no longer has any alibi for not opening the case. At least Ndrea Prendi, in addition to being a figurehead, now appears to me as the orderer of the murders. The arrest could be made as early as tonight. Now there is no longer a prime minister who does not let the guards touch. They are free to investigate. They can even take the former prime minister.
