The prosecution seeks 3 life sentences for the killer of women, Dan Hutra

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has today announced the claim for Dan Hutra.

Prosecutor Enklid Gjini requested three life sentences for Hutra for the charge of murdering three women, reports journalist Anila Hoxha, specifically a life sentence was requested for the murder of Mevlute Sadike, another for the murder of Hasime Datku and also for the murder of Etleva Kurti.

For the three injuries, for which the prosecution said that we are in attempted murder, the prosecution requested 35 years of imprisonment for the attempted murder of Elena Hysa, 35 years of imprisonment for the murder of Kujtime Hysa and 30 years in prison for the remaining murder of Marjona Gurakuqi.

The prosecutor asked the court to sentence Dan Hutra to another five years in prison for the charge of providing the conditions to commit the murder, 7 years in prison for carrying weapons without a permit and 3 years in prison for producing cold weapons.

The claim was announced yesterday, reports Anila Hoxha, where the accused was represented by a lawyer appointed by the state at the hearing. The court has given him time to prepare his defense and set the next hearing for May 14, at 09:30.
