A young Albanian man, residing in Germany , was prosecuted after the publication of the ballot.

The police explain that the proceedings were initiated while the suspect was at large, for the criminal offenses of "Violation of the secrecy of voting" and "Violation of the right to vote", for citizen EN, 24 years old.

The latter has published on the social network "TikTok" a photo of the (completed) ballot that he obtained through the postal service, as he is an immigrant in Germany.
