The Tirana police have responded to a stab wound that occurred this afternoon in Tirana.

According to the criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, a person with mental health problems, had shot two bystanders on the street.

But the Tirana police say that the 42-year-old, already arrested, wounded a 26-year-old with a knife, an event that happened after a momentary conflict.

Announcement of the Tirana Police:

He injured a citizen with a cutting tool during a conflict for weak motives, the 42-year-old was arrested. 

Services of Police Station No. 3, after receiving the notification that on "Reshit Petrela" street, today around 20:00, there was a conflict during which a citizen was injured with a cutting tool, they immediately organized the work to catch the perpetrator and bring him to justice legal.  

As a result of quick police actions, citizen AJ, 42 years old, resident of Tirana, was caught and arrested.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the 42-year-old man, during a conflict for weak motives, injured the citizen of AZ, 26 years old, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors, with a cutting tool.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
