37-year-old man injured in Berat shooting, police provide details

A 37-year-old man with the initials FT (Xh) arrived at the Berat city hospital at around 00:55 this Sunday to receive medical assistance.

According to the police, the young man was shot in circumstances that are still unclear, at the entrance to the city.

The 37-year-old is out of danger.

"Around 00:55, citizen FT (Xh), 37 years old, resident of Berat, was taken to the hospital for medical assistance, wounded by gunfire in still unclear circumstances, at the entrance to the city.

The 37-year-old is out of danger.

"An investigative group was immediately set up and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, intensive investigations continue to clarify the circumstances and secure evidence, with the aim of legally documenting the event, identifying and capturing the perpetrator(s)," the police announced.
