A 77-year-old man who was being transported to hospital by ambulance has died after colliding with a lorry.

The accident happened at the intersection of the Highway Of The Fier, where the truck crashed the ambulance.

As a result, the patient Dashamir Koçaj from Vlora has died, while the injured remained the ambulance driver and the nurse accompanying the elderly man.

Police say they stopped the driver while working on the cause of the accident.
