A 23-year-old man was handcuffed by the Tirana police after being accused of stalking a girl, who then filed a report at the police station.

The KV citizen allegedly disturbed the girl by following her to the workplace, where he collided with her owner.

Then, on the way out, he hit the vehicle parked near the store with hard tools, damaging it.

The police immediately went to the scene after receiving the notification and after a few hours made it possible to arrest the young man.
