Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, during an exclusive interview on 'Çim Peka LIVE', has published an audio recording that includes Israeli-Albanian Ron Yefet and two citizens, a Ukrainian speaker and a Russian speaker.
According to Ahmetaj, these three are trying to steal Delvina's gas.
According to Ahmetaj, during the wiretap, Israeli Ron Yeffet states that "The Albanian government has hired me to do all the bad things."
Excerpts from the exclusive interview:
ÇIM PEKA : So, the audience also followed them through the screen with Albanian subtitles. Now explain a little what that is?
ARBEN AHMETAJ : It's interesting. It's between Ron Yefet and two citizens, Ukrainian-speaking and Russian-speaking. One of them is named Igor, but these are not my focus.
It is about the robbery of Delvina with the same concept, the KAYO concept. Albanians should know that the head of the organization, together with the robber, have been trying to rob Delvina for more than 9-10 months to give her to Ron Yefet.
The KAYO concept is: the state creates a company, as it created KAYO. And then all the caterpillars begin, joint ventures, with 80% caterpillars and 20% the desert state. They divert state budget money and services without tenders in a criminal manner to KAYO's daughter companies. And the caterpillars don't spend a cent.
We will look at Timak Defense. These are Edi Rama's creatures. I beg the deputies of my party who voted for the KAYO law, not to lower their heads, because another law is coming to them in healthcare. It is the same KAYO concept with the other Israeli Sani, who has declared it in the group, he said 'the minister left because she did not sign'. Let him deny it as much as he wants, because it came to me from within the group, but he said that, we will do a fantastic thing without a tender with the Israeli in Healthcare. That is why the ministry has left.
ÇIM PEKA: Is this another Israeli?
ARBEN AHMETAJ: This is another Israeli. It's Ron Yefet's influence. Here it's about robbing Delvina, and he even tells her: 'You don't need money, just build the technical part a little because he hasn't spent a cent.'
And of course Ermal Raketa, who was the deputy secretary general that day, who became the chairman of the board of KAYO, became the Minister of Defense. Do you remember that Mr. Peka, in the last interview, I said that the commander of the ground forces was changed on purpose.
Now we will see how the transfers, the money of Albanians goes to friends, clients and the head of the organization. I see within the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party that no one feels for the looter, they vote for this criminal law to put their hands on their heads.
ÇIM PEKA: Why is he called Ermal Raketa?
ARBEN AHMETAJ: Ermal Raketa is the nickname that the Armed Forces refer to their minister. It came to me from within. When the head of the organization said to him: 'Ermal, you are disappointing me', Ermal stood up and said: 'I will make a rocket for you too!'. He signed it. And the Armed Forces have now started calling him Ermal Raketa.
During the interview, former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj accused Edi Rama of giving state budget money to Ron Yefet without any tender.
ARBEN AHMETAJ: It's the continuation of the logic of arms trafficking and if you listen to it, the other side refers to tenders. This one, Roni, always talks about 'without tenders', because the head of the organization passes the money on without tender.
This criminal structure is being created so that tomorrow it will have the country's economic aorta in its hands and strangle the throat of any government that comes tomorrow.
ÇIM PEKA: Are you referring to Julian Hoxhaj?
ARBEN AHMETAJ: Yes. I invite investigative journalists, take a look at the case when a van with missiles was seized in Italy. You can discover very interesting things about the arms trafficking from Greece to Albania.
Now look at Timak Defense, the financial statement. They have received billions of lek in advance from the state budget without any investment from their own capital. It is a cancer in the body of the state.
I wrote it into the law for the reconstruction myself, I didn't do any tenders. And now I'm at war with a mafia in power and in the media.
Çim Peka: I'm interested, I'm interested more than anything, in moments one and two, in how these people use the criminal concept they refer to, there's this concept, to steal Albanians' assets and the state budget's money. Let's move on to episode four.
Arben Ahmetaj: It is the continuation of the logic of arms trafficking. And if you listen to it, it still refers to tenders. This... Roni, always talks about no tenders, because the head of the organization passes the money, we will see it later, and advance payments, without tenders. That is why he has created this criminal structure. So that practically tomorrow he will have these private companies in his hands and tomorrow a government that will come, born of the will of the people that will come out very powerful, will not have the opportunity to govern Albania because this one will have the economic aorta of the country in his hands and will strangle the throat of any government that will come tomorrow.
Any government that will come tomorrow! Any government that will come tomorrow will have to deal first with the financial arteries of the head of the organization. Otherwise, the cancer in the body of Albania will not be cured. It will make life difficult for Albanians and any government, if the blood of the state budget and the assets of Albanians are left, it will use it to make life difficult for any kind of government, for anyone tomorrow.
Even if you want to side with this government, it will still make it difficult. We are talking about arms trafficking, where one side talks about tenders, Ukraine, as they say, cannot do things without tenders, because we are in the eyes of NATO. The NATO country does it without tenders because it is the country where the head of the organization is selling everything.
He's selling everything! I made a friendly challenge to the citizens, find me at a point on the map that he hasn't given... Anywhere. On the map of Albania. So let's continue, we're talking about arms trafficking, and even, I'll give you a little tease for investigative journalists. Take a look at this case where a van with missiles was seized in Italy... of war. Of course. Take a look. You can discover very interesting things behind it. Very interesting, of arms trafficking. Take a look, it's not without something. I'll leave it at that. I have this opportunity, I have this information, I share this information with Albanians. This information is worth sharing.
So look at it, there could be a connection. There are some missiles that were seized by Italian authorities in southern Italy that were coming from Greece, to... to be manufactured in Albania.
